On Highway exchange Allison Transmission

At Dal-Trans, we understand the demand of having a fully functioning Allison Transmission in your heavy vehicle. Dal-Trans provide customers with the option of replacing a failed Allison Transmission with a repaired exchange unit that has been rebuilt to as new Allison specifications. If preferred, Dal-Trans will rebuild/repair a customer’s Allison Transmission, back to as new specifications and reinstall it back into the truck (Nb: this is a somewhat longer process over the option of an exchange transmission).

Diagnostic Testing

Our fully functional machine shop is available for the manufacturing of new parts, or the reconditioning of old parts. Our machine shop is set up with both MIG and TIG welding equipment to fulfill your needs.

Reprogramming station for Allison Transmission ECU/TCM’s

Our workshop facilities at Dal-Trans are geared to troubleshoot your Allison Transmission’s Electronic Control Unit (ECU) or Transmission Control Monitor (TCM), should it require reprogramming. An indication that this may be a requirement is when the gear selection on your Allison Transmission is not operating as it should.
